What is Yomitoku?
Yomitoku collects and structures underused primary disclosures published on EDINET and TDnet — annual securities reports, earnings summaries and timely disclosures — with AI, and visualizes the movements of companies and industries behind the numbers in an accessible way.

Verification Process and Correction Policy
Verification Process
- Figures in articles are based on primary disclosures (EDINET, TDnet, etc.) such as earnings summaries and annual securities reports
- Before writing, we create a research file with source URLs and original quotations, and articles are written only from that record
- Before publication, we run automated verification of source URLs and claim-by-claim fact-checking
- Figures on data pages are aggregated programmatically from XBRL data in EDINET filings and reconciled against consolidated figures
- Charts and tables always state their source and reference period
Correction Policy
- When an error is found, we correct it promptly and record the correction in the research file
- We do not recommend buying or selling any specific security
